  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
